Over the course of my career I've progressed from service desk and field engineering roles into platform ownership and operational engineering. My experience spans Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, automation, release management and operational support.
More recently, I've been involved in evaluating and introducing AI-assisted engineering capabilities, exploring practical applications for documentation, scripting, automation and operational workflows.
